We specialize in children’s outdoor gourmet cooking, parkour, introduction to wilderness camping, environmental education, adventure sports, and making space for the best of a childhood summer camp experience. Each week has a unique “big day out”.
June–July, 2027 (Mon-Fri) | Ages 5–10 (co-ed) | Vancouver
An awesome, fun, dynamic and positive day camp specializing in outdoor adventures, kids leadership training and nature exploration for children aged 6-11. Choose between a marine biology and ocean exploration with our Ocean Adventurers camp or biking and forest games with our Where the Wild Things Go camp. Better yet, why not try both?
July 2027 (Mon-Fri) | Ages 5–14 (co-ed) | Vancouver, Burnaby
Our signature summer day camp, where we challenge our students to learn parkour and filmmaking while using the skills they learned to create their own parkour film from scratch collaboratively. This camp focuses on getting kids outside, learning risk management and physical literacy, and practicing healthy, creative screen use.

Fireside Adventures’ Inlet Adventurers Sunshine Coast Summer Day Camps are designed to meet children right there, easing them into summer with outdoor play, imagination, movement, and a meaningful connection to nature. These early-years camps create a rhythm that feels safe, playful, and exciting, helping young learners transition from school mode into summer mode with confidence and joy.

Looking for year-round adventure? Our sister company, Vancouver Outdoor School, runs full-day adventures on Pro-D Days with many of the same Fireside staff you know and love from the summers! Activities include: Hiking, biking, skiing, sailing, skiing, camping, paddling, parkour, skating, curling, building, orienteering, geocaching, cooking, tinkering… to name a few.
