Registration is as easy as One, Two... that's it!
Fill out the appropriate registration form and either return it electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail it to us at PO Box 56011, 1st Avenue RPO, Vancouver BC, V5L 5E2.
Along with a completed registration form, a $300 CDN deposit is due in order to hold your spot. The remainder of the program fee is due April 30, 2017. Payments can be made using the PayPal buttons below, Interac e-transfer or by cheque, payable to Creative Toolbox Consulting Inc. It is your choice to either pay the initial deposit or to pay the entire camp fee up front.
Cancellations that occur before April 30, 2017 will result in Creative Toolbox Consulting Inc. withholding 50% of funds submitted or up to $800 CDN. Cancellations occurring between May 1, 2017 and June 1, 2017 will result in Creative Toolbox Consulting Inc. withholding 75% of funds submitted. No refund will be provided for cancellations occurring on or after June 2, 2017.
Prices include food, accommodations, travel while on trip. They do not include flights and some optional activities.
